The City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill is located at City Place in downtown West Palm Beach. The wine list is very extenstive and the bar is almost always jumping. As seen by the types of cuisine the menu is extenstve. The food and service is very good and it is a reasonable price for City Place. it is a good restaurant for a special occasion or just because you are out on the town.
